  The employee’s are very nice and were quick with the food, but I can see why, the food was disgusting. No flavor on anything, fries seemed to be just re-dipped in grease, 2 orders of nuggets had the worst taste and after taste. Could not even eat the food. Never coming back here.

  This location can't seem to get it's shit together. Almost every time I come i TRY to pay w ebt, which they have accepted for at least the past 6 months, but noone seems to know how to run the charge. There was so much confusion this past time they told me they couldn't run my ebt at the drive-thru, AFTER they already swiped it...(they said that machine was down, and wouldn't patch thru for approval,) so they had me go inside and then ran my card there on what I figure is a machine on the same line, and as they prepared my food I called the ebt line and checked my transaction history and low and behold they had charged me twice. Then when I told them, they said they would do a return, and I said I don't think you can do that, put the return back on an ebt card (as in only the govt can make deposits on the card.) And that they would probably have to give me cash or at least store credit back the young man wasn't sure and called his manager, and that guy on the phone was completely un professional and couldn't be bothered and said I didn't know what I was talking about and just do the return like normal and the $25 never was returned to my card. So last we wound up spending $50 on 2 meals that were sub par, and that's an over statement. Honesty we only only went to mcdonalds bc taco bell was out of tortilla shells that night. We normally don't like going there for a reason. And that reason is McDonald's bucks. Lol

  This place I have had nothing but problems from the food to the employees.They had a couple good employees but now it is terrible.I am going to go higher up on what happened this morning.I will not ever go to this location again.

  It's pretty bad when THE CIRCLE K gas station across the street has a higher star rating than this McDonald's! 30 minutes in the drive through is NOT "Fast Food". My order was almost as simple as it gets! 6 pcs chicken mcnugget happy meal w/ extra fries instead of apple slices and a chocolate fudge sundae. Surprising, the nuggets weren't half bad. The fries were as crispy and potato chips. The hot fudge sundae was served in an open top mcflurry cup w/ chocolate sauce drizzled on it and my light ice cup of coke had zero ice. Either it had ice but I was in the drive through so long, it melted or they didn't put any ice to begin with. I was handed the happy meal box open, they never even attempted to close it. I'd like to say I'm surprised but I'm not.. I'll get my lunch at Citcle K next time!
