    I see a lot of bad reviews but my experiences have been great I come here mornings only but this morning of December 28th my food was awesome so I just wanted to give a shoutout to the manager and staff because a good mcdonalds is really hard to come by out here in Phx so I really appreciate this location.

    Absolutely the worst customer service experience in my entire life. The food was devoid of any flavor and was noticeably unnaturally texturally bizarre. Despite endless price hikes, the food quality at McDonald's has undeniably vanished. The overpriced and underperforming menu is eclipsed by the highly dismissive and extremely unprofessional staff who clearly fail to comprehend the concept of customer service. I'm clearly old enough to remember McDonald's in their glory days and the only similarity of those long lost days that remains is the name. I felt institutionally cheated and have zero plans to ever return to this dumpster fire.

    Very rude little girl that was in the drive-thru. When we asked about the Grinch meal she informed us that there was no longer any Big Macs. Instead of informing us that they do not have any of the socks. So I made the comment that there is no way you are out of Big Macs and the little girl replied I said what I said.
