Just came from this location as of right now. Wait times to receive food orders are long understandably. Upon entering the restaurant there was about 40 people in the lobby either eating or waiting for orders. While waiting for my order, I just witnessed a couple getting upset with the order taker as he was trying to explain everything but this couple kept escalating their conduct to the point where they were screaming at the staff. During the barrage of this the couple was seen using racial slurs directed at the staff and heard the staff repeated racial slurs at the couple to the point where I thought it was going to get physical. Phoenix police 911 was contacted while this fight was going on which were called by me and not the staff. Of course the couple leaves screaming and arguing on the way out. Next thing I hear is this employee using the N Word and states he was on probation. I have no words to describe this location except that this location is unsafe to be at currently

Just was in the drive thru and got my kid some food and asked for a dr pepper. The girl handed me a drink that was all carbonation no syrup. I told her thats not a dr pepper and she began to argue saying it was dr pepper. I told her no its not when it looks like that there is no syrup in the cup your handing me. It's not dr pepper. Instead of making it right or saying sorry for her mistake, cause it was her mistake cause if she had been paying attention or caring what the soda looked like then ahe would have noticed the clear cup she handed me. Instead of making sure she changed the box she refused to fix the drink to make it what my kid wanted. So she was forced to get something else. She needs an attitude adjustment and learn how to accept responsibility for things like that. All she had to do was fix it and not argue. I'll be reporting this to corporate.

Are you kidding me! Just take a look at the picture, somebody do something about this store and it's employees, first of all one of the employees was outside walks into the store thought he was a customer cuz he wasn't even in uniform dressed sloppy look like hell dirty face, walks behind the counter, then he realized it was going to be a special order and got the manager cuz he couldn't do it, I ordered a quarter pounder with diced onions cooked fresh, ordered a Big Mac easy sauce cooked fresh very simple the actual female manager helped me, was clear on my request got the food in about 5 minutes which seemed fast, I repeated is everything all right she said yes, I then took the food home and exactly the opposite the burger had no onions at all the meat was dark charred and cold and not fresh, the Big Mac was slopped all over the inside of the box, and the meat was not fresh in fact I ended up throwing the burger away but not after taking a couple bites and realizing something was wrong flip the burger over and here's what you get two middle buns, I am requesting the manager to contact me or the owner because this has been ongoing for The last 5 years and this store just got remodeled, doesn't matter drive through or walk through the food is never correct and never 100% fresh.

The attitude of the employees here are absolutely horrible!! I will never go back to this particular McDonald’s ever again. After receiving my order & dealing with the attitude of the girl who took my order, I sat @ the drive-through window that I was told to pull up to so I could speak to a manager about my order and the attitude that I received & no one ever came so after I got home, I called and spoke to the manager and even though she said thank you for letting me know what happened. She actually acted as if she didn’t care at All. Don’t ever go to this McDonald’s they are so rude. They have the attitudes that they don’t give a damn about how they treat people even though without us as the customers, they wouldn’t have a job!!! 😡
