Original Review: As a 23 year resident of Fountain Hills and a Local Guide for Google I had to comment on the crap service and the overall dismal experience for my recent visit to the local McDonald's here on Shea Blvd. I've not been there for some time and while this place used to be stellar, the owner has let it go to the total bottom of the scales! The floors, tables and windows were dirty, the drink area was a total disheveled mess, kiosks were not working correctly, the order took well over 15 minutes to be partially delivered to the table, the order was incorrectly made (incomplete), the employee who delivered the food to the table was rude and argued when I told her the order was incomplete, the remainder of the order came about 5 minutes later, and the food tasted bad! On top of that the prices here well exceed most other McDonald's franchises; even those in California! No surprise that well over 20 other people were standing or waiting for orders to be fulfilled. The table sitting next to us had a similar dismal experience and couldn't help but share the details with us as they too left disappointed. I will never set foot in that establishment again. I urge you to eat before you come to Fountain Hills and try any number of other dining places instead of the local McDonald's. They don't deserve your business and you don't deserve their frustration or disappointment! Shame on the owner for letting this place go to crap!!!
