Note to self will not order online pick up from here again.

They told me to go to guest services to page someone to come to the floral department. Again I waited. Then someone came over and said no one working was trained to blow up balloons and no one would be available for the whole day. I said ok, can a Manager blow up the balloons. They said no the Manager was not trained either. Really??????I would have done it myself! Today is Saturday. That is SO lame. It isn’t hard. Terrible Customer service. As I walked out of the store. No appology, No eye contact. What a joke.
