My friend and I came from out of town and stopped by to grab some alcohol. We went to the self checkout where she asked obvi asked for my ID but instead of checking it and scanning it or saying a SINGLE WORD to me, walked away and helped another customer who was also purchasing alcohol, with my ID in hand. She helped the other man and then proceeded to help ANOTHER customer purchasing alcohol who actually stood up for us and said something. He interfered and told the self-checkout lady that she still had my ID to which she replied to him “yeah I’m going to do something with it” but failed to say anything to me. I spoke up and asked why she still had it and she replied the same with an attitude, and walks away for a few minutes, leaving my friend and I waiting for a while. She comes back with a book, asks me to sign, and I noticed it’s people similar to my age which would have been fine if she would have COMMUNICATED a SINGLE WORD to me. I felt as though I was discriminated against my age with no explanation. Do not recommend and will not be coming back.
