They tell you it will be ready at a certain time and it is consistently between 35 minutes and 1 hour later before they finally get it done and to you. I don't like cold pizza and there are plenty of other pizzerias in town. This is the third time that you can't seem to get your act together and actually get the pizza done when you say it will be ready.

At 8:45 pm, i got a notification from Door dash that said my pizza was delivered. I never got it. Update to this experience. The female manager did tell me that they would make good on my order. I did call back today to have the order made. It did take about 35 minutes and two cut offs before they could figure out what happened and if they could take care of the order. Ordering a pizza shouldn't be so tough. Stand by for final update.

Very disappointing 😕 this time my pizza looks like they dropped it-toppings all slid off half. Workers always look annoyed that you ordered and no one smiles. Pretty depressing.
