Prices are almost double of those in Phoenix metro. Latest thing they have installed high speed fans at least 8 of them that make noise and blow hard. An effort to keep flies and people from staying very long. There is a lot of room, retired people enjoy relaxing, visiting, and reading. Only reason I come here is it is near my home.
