Waited 30 minutes, then went inside to see what was going on. Girl at the counter asked to see my order number and said she'd go check, and then went talked to her co workers while they stared at me. She never came back to tell me what happened, nor did anyone else. 10-15mins later a manager with attitude asked, "Can I help you?" And I explained the situation and she rudely just shoves the order that was on the counter towards me. She told me I never checked in. Even with proof of my check in, she was trying to make it sound like it was my fault I got it so late when it clearly was either a system error or worst case they just forgot about it. When I finally got home after an HOUR of being at McDonald's and receiving rude behavior with a side of cold food, turns out they forgot parts of my order, and coincidentally my receipt. Without the receipt I couldn't get a refund for what was missing because I needed the store number. Worst fast food experience. Lost an hour of my time and money. I already dont have high hopes for McDonald's, but this experience was so far below the bar I had set its ridiculous.
