I mean it’s McDonald’s. Orders are mostly right but always double check. Store can get a bit yucky but they are busy. Customer service is what you’d expect from a McDonald’s. You’re lucky if you get decent customer service. Most times you just feel like you are making their life harder by dining here. Apathetic usually, rude sometimes and pleasant rarely. It’s unfortunate but customer service is clearly no longer trained nor expected. I suppose that’s why McDonald’s is pushing everything to be digital with limited interaction. I wish I didn’t come here so often but my kids love it so I’m here multiple times a week. I also just wish leadership would implement some sort of training for employees working in the service industry.

My coffee is never right here. When you aske for sugar in your coffee and yoir on your way to work and you take a drink and there is no sugar its the worst thing. Every time in 10 months

Fries are almost always cold or like warm. Cheeseburgers were literally pancakes. I know there are rushes I understand but it shouldn't take away from quality. Service is ALWAYS really good here. If I've had an issue it's usually fixed right away.

Orders are often incorrect. Today, my husband ordered 3 mcgriddles and a mucmuffin he got 3 mcmuffins and a mcgriddle. One time they forgot the whole egg in my sandwich. Another time forgot a whole burger. It is just disappointing and frustrating that a quick drive thru line has to be so long because I have to double check my bag and open up every item to make sure I got what I ordered. I just want someone in the higher ups to know this is a problem.

9/10 when i come to this location i get the order wrong. today all i ordered was quarter pounder cheese meal and 2 mcdoubles. received a mccrispy, 3 nuggets, 3 fries and 4 plain cheeseburgers… luckily the manager answered the phone and quickly resolved my issue (her name was dulce she was nice), but that doesn’t trump the fact that almost every time i come to this location my order is given out wrong. i could order even a caramel macchiato and these people give me mocha… early in the morning around 4am it never fails i can be waiting in line for up to 30 minutes with no service even though they are advertising 24 hours. this place is a mess . i don’t know if it’s something personal coming from the employees as i see in other reviews most people have a good experience. but i dont know if the employees dont like me or something even though i hardly ever complain or ask for a remake. my order is always wrong every time i come through !! please retrain staff or hire new people who have a desire to work and do things the right way…
