Every restaurant has kiosk now, but all that did was make it more crowded and disorganized in THE LOBBY. they focus on drive thru orders but totally disregard all the customers dining in. Delivery drivers are waiting up to 30 minutes for orders. It's RIDICULOUS. i HATE going to mcdonalds now.

In the app we even press the “im already here” button so they can start making the order. Employees literally ignore you when you try to ask them for help and will walk about without hesitation. Never any help here and it sucks because they’re the closest one to us. Bad management allowing bad behavior. We literally asked the guy for help and he said “mhmm” walked to the back and started throwing sauce packets at another employee while we just stood there. Took until the manager attended us before anything was done

The three cars behind me got their food and left. I had to go park my car in the front, go in McDonalds to get my food. Not a happy customer.
