The Menudo tasted like it came from a can, we noticed it right away and let them know we didn’t like it and asked if we could exchange it for Posole. She argued with me, that it was fine and tasted good and made a scene in front of others. She eventually brought out a small posole, I asked if we could get the large since I had already paid for the large $16 bowl. She said she couldn’t because the menudo was still good and we were being difficult. She was refusing to exchange it because to her it was “good”. Eventually she did bring us the posole. This was a very embarrassing experience as they made a scene in front of other customers and staff. I didn’t make a big deal just wanted to exchange it for posole because it wasnt good (weird/bitter).
