My husband and me stopped in here a couple weeks ago to grab some food hadn't been here for years and when we did go last timelike 7 years ago we turned around and walked out because it was so nasty from the moment you walked in the door. But it looked like it had been remodeled inside so we gave it a chance. when in there the girl at the counter and I don't mean this to sound racist she was a color girl which doesn't matter but they had the music blaring so loud you could not hear her talk to you over the counter and she could not hear us we told her that we had not been to Long John silver's for a long time so we will need some time to look if you want to go do what you were doing so we can decide but instead she stood there impatiently staring at us waiting for us to order so we just ordered something real quick we sat there for quite a while waiting for our food and we had ordered it to go. We sat down and couldn't even hear each other speak to each other across the table the music was so loud and the place was filthy. She finally brought us our food and had it on trays which we wanted it to go and when we told her she got an attitude. and even if we wanted to sit there and eat it was so loud we couldn't do it. After we left we realized my husband's food was burnt very badly he got a piece of fish and clams I got the two for five wraps which mine were okay but the things that had been fried tasted like they had been cooked in very old oil. corporate really needs to step up and get this place under control you should not have to go in somewhere and have the music so loud you can't hear someone talking right next to you and the music was very inappropriate if I would have had young children with me and I would have been severely upset. Because it was upsetting to me. There's a time and place for music like that and it ain't in a public restaurant. And we don't really realize it when we're walking in but this place was extremely filthy also. And the pictures I took don't do the filthiness of the place Justice and I didn't get pictures of the other tables as we were walking out that were so bad I'm hoping it was refried beans smeared all over one of the tables and dried on that so bad that almost looks like dried on poop it was horrible and the sad thing is is there was nobody else in their eating and just a couple people at the drive-thru there was no excuse for it to be as dirty as it was even if they had been busy.

The music was so loud I cannot hear her I had to keep repeating myself because the music was so loud in there my fish was burnt my clams were burnt freaking nasty food all over the floor

Service was terrible, i wasnt allow 30 sec. to decide what i wanted. Guy at cointer was rub and all herd in the back was bad language. The place was dirty, tables ,floors. I will not come back!

Extremely impatient workers, wouldn’t even give me a minute to decide even when I asked for a minute. The new remodel hurts my eyes ungodly much and one of my chicken strips was a nugget. After years going here I’m finally tired of it.
