Both sides of the self-order kiosk were out of paper, so we had no printed receipt with our order number and didn't know when our food was ready. When our order finally came out, it was wrong, and the employees seemed indifferent. While we were eating, three different people came in from the drive-thru because their orders were also wrong, and even a CHILD brought in a Happy Meal that was made incorrectly. It is clear this location was having serious issues with accuracy AND customer service. I hope management takes the time to retrain staff on maintenance of equipment and meal preparation because this visit was extremely disappointing.
