Fries were rock hard, burnt and cold. Plus only half of a basket. Went back through drive thru to get different fries. 4 teenagers were talking when they seen me they walked off and ignored me. After hocking my horn one came back. New fries was given but still only half of a basket. This was today (12/31 around 4:30 ).
