  Ordered using the app. Only one hitch in the process, I ordered 2 apple pirs. And 2 strawberry and cream pies as part of the order. Unfortunately they were 1 strawberry pie short but offered to substitute with an apple. Employees were efficient and polite.

  Stopped in this evening with my 6yo. I stood outside the bathroom for my son. Two staff were chit chatting about how tires one of them was while at walmart. When my son came out we walked up to order. Girl never looked up at me, typed something on the screen printed a sticker and walked around the corner. Another worker seen me standing there and asked if we had ordered, I said no, that young lady never acknowledged me. She said oh something is wrong with this screen, ok, why couldnt the first girl working the register just say that? The other girl offered to take our order but after seeing 6 people standing there with their backs to us we deferred to order.

  This is hands down the worst McDonald's in Arkansas. You're lucky if they get your order right or actually get it all in the bag. Most of the staff with the exception of maybe 3 people are terrible. Hygiene is nonexistent and there's reasons this place can barely pass an inspection on the final attempt. There is way too much drama behind the scenes for this to be an actual functioning store that holds any kind of standards. If you are a customer I would highly suggest you inspect your food with the highest level of concern. I would pass on this particular McDonald's all together. Keep your kiddos close too because they do hire people on registries. They are quick with getting you your order but there's no hygienic concern and there's reasons why it will look like you hamburger self exploded in the wrapper. You will probably be sick after eating here so make sure you hold onto your bag and napkins.

  Friendly staff, but we had to order through the kiosks or the app. I understand this was no fault of the employees, but it took us a lot longer to order through the kiosks than it would have been to order verbally with an employee.
