The spinach dip was good and had we not ordered that we would've left hungry. Ordered the shrimp and chicken woth asparagus. It was all fried, and tasted like it was fried together with each other, no flavor. Didn't realize the asparagus was fried since I asked and she clearly said no. Our waitress was friendly as could be but the food was as if I ordered a $20 kids meal and as if she had gotten my water from a toliet tank. Maybe their steaks or fish are better but I'll never know bc I'll not return.

I recently had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had at this establishment, and I feel obligated to warn others. Shortly after eating here, I became extremely ill with what appeared to be food poisoning. Within hours of leaving the restaurant, I started experiencing severe stomach pain, nausea, and other symptoms that made it very clear something I ate was not handled or prepared properly. It was a miserable experience that lasted well into the next day. What made the situation even worse was how I was treated when I tried to address the issue. I contacted the restaurant to let them know what had happened, hoping they would take it seriously and possibly investigate the food handling practices. Instead of concern or even basic courtesy, the manager I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive. They acted as if I was inconveniencing them by bringing it up and immediately tried to deny any responsibility without even asking basic questions about what I ordered or when I was there. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the situation, and no reassurance that they would look into the issue to prevent it from happening to someone else. The lack of professionalism and empathy from management was honestly shocking. Food poisoning is not something to take lightly, and restaurants should care about the health and safety of their customers. Unfortunately, based on my experience, this place clearly does not prioritize either. Between getting sick and being treated with complete disrespect by management, I will never be returning and would strongly advise others to be cautious before eating here. Management needs to be replaced and the health department needs to visit ASAP I will reporting to them and the better business bureau.

I placed my order and when my salad and drink and bread arrived I asked my waiter where the restroom was so I could wash my hands as I just come from work so he told me where it was and I was gone maybe 2 mins and when I come back all my food was gone my drink and my vehicle keys. The waiter returned and asked if everything was ok and I said absolutely not all my stuff is gone and once he realized what I was talking about he offered to retrieve my salad and drink and bread from the back and I told him no I want new food because mine was takein and he said he couldn’t do that so I asked for my keys and he walked off without saying anything. A few moments later a nice waitress walked by and I told her what was going on and she went and found my keys and by that time my steak showed up so I ate it then come time to pay and I was charged for the tea and salad and bread that I didn’t even get to eat and was told there was nothing he could do about it because I ordered it, even tho they took it before I got to eat it I still had to pay for it!! Not wanting to cause a seen I paid the 44$ and left but I do not recommend as this is the second time I’ve ate here and both times my steak I requested rare was cooked well done and had no flavor at all! Horrible experience and I will not be returning again!

I am impressed at the cleanliness of table, floor, and bathroom. I was greeted with a smile as I walked in. The range rattler appetizer was perfect. Caesar salad had appropriate amount of dressing. I finished the porterhouse down to the bone. My server Mellisa ran a tight ship by making sure she checked up on me and provided a clean atmosphere. This steakhouse is one of the best ones in the country. Ill be back!

My husband and I came to Little Rock from SEARK and stopped at Saltgrass Steakhouse near Bass Pro for the first time for a lunch date, and we had the BEST experience! Our server, Brittany, was so sweet and attentive; she had great recommendations including a berry mocktail and brisket queso with pico! She kept our drinks full, and she was radiating kindness! The manager stepped in twice to check on us; first, he welcomed us since this is our first visit to a Saltgrass Steakhouse and then checked to make sure our meals came out perfectly. I enjoyed the Urban Cowboy with a loaded baked potato and a salad, and my husband had the bacon-wrapped filet with green beans and a salad. The lemon butter sauce with the Urban Cowboy was fabulous, and I am a sucker for a salad with freshly shredded cheddar and good ranch dressing. My husband loved his rare filet and said it was flavorful and cooked perfectly. We both enjoyed the green beans, too. We’ll be back SOON! Perfect first impression of Saltgrass! ☺️ Pic was post-meal because we dug in before I snapped a photo. As you can tell, he loved that steak!! Stop by and ask for Brittany!!
