  We have come to Saltgrass for years now. This location is always fabulous and they take such good care of us each time. Tonight we were waited on by Asa. She is awesome. So funny and just adds alot to the whole experience. I also want to brag on Siva (management) He makes sure everything is going great and that the customers are taken care of. I appreciate that so much and always look forward to seeing him.

  Had a great lunch at Saltgrass Steakhouse today. My prime rib (medium rare) was cooked perfectly—flavorful, juicy, and exactly what I was hoping for. Our server Steven took great care of us, and Manager Chris checked in at just the right times. Both were genuinely kind and made the experience even better. Always nice when a place gets lunch right. 🥩✨

  We enjoyed the quiet, clean atmosphere with high quality timely service and excellent food. My husband enjoyed the 1/2 rack of bbq rib plate while I opted for the grilled chicken and baked sweet potato. Both meals were cooked to perfection and very tasty. Our waiter even put our food in the to go container for us. That was a welcome treat. This was our first visit to this Saltgrass and our 2nd visit to Saltgrass in general. Both were pleasant experiences. The food was moderately priced making it easier on the budget but high in quality. Overall it was a fantastic dining experience and we will be back.

  UPDATE: We went back to last night and we had a long conversation with the managers. They promise to make it right and talk with the young lady at the bar concerning proper customer service. Meanwhile, We actually sat in the dining room for the first time in years and Asia was our server, she is hilarious. I’ll happily come back and dine with her as our server. Didn’t get to eat tonight, January 1, 26. The bartender turned her back to us and walked out to the back and never came back, so we left. She never said a word to us. Not one word. We Just called to talk to the manager and they never came to the phone. We have been very LOYAL customers, enough that we know Courtney and Alisha’s schedules, but THAT can definitely stop. And The hostess was playing on her phone.

  Have never had any issues at either Saltgrass in Sherwood/Little Rock.Went to the one by Bass Pro and did not have a good experience.Our server had long blond hair,very petite around mid 40s in front area.It was after 2 and not busy whatsoever.Only checked on us one time,someone else saw us just sitting and refilled our drinks and got us more bread.Food came out,entrees were good,but the portion I got was much smaller than usual,both of our sides were old and cold,entrees were hot.She finally came back around after constantly checking her large tables but not us,gave her cash for the bill,we wanted our change only bc the service was terrible(usually very good tippers)She said she’d be right back and never came back,guess so we would just leave and not get our change so she could have the tip.We will not go back to this location.Sherwood is much better,always got and portioned correctly.
