I just feel like we basically paid the money to get some baked dough with a Sprinkle of ingredients. It lacked sauce. It was dry. And then when we asked for cheese and pepper we were told we had to pay for them because they came in a shaker. I remember in the 1980s and very early 90s Pizza Hut had some of the best pizza that money could buy. The recipe changed and the quality went in the toilet! I quit eating Pizza Hut years ago but my children seem to like it. I reminded them of some of the items that you used to be on the menu that no longer exist. I also share stories with them on how you used to be able to eat Pizza Hut pizza right out of the refrigerator the next morning and it tasted fantastic cold! I don't know what happened but whoever made the decision to stray from what was natural, good, and delicious definitely miss the mark and made the wrong decisions. The gentleman at the counter was nice.

I had to leave without the food I paid for. Since then, I’ve reached out to Pizza Hut customer service twice requesting a refund. They told me that the store has to issue the refund, and I should receive a call from them shortly…I haven’t received a call or a refund and this has been almost a week now. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. I’ll be getting Domino’s from now on.
