  I ordered TWO hotcake breakfasts and specifically requested utensils at the window, since I’m staying in a hotel. The employee confirmed that the utensils were included. When I got back to my hotel, there was only ONE set of utensils in the bag, which made it impossible for both of us to eat our meals as ordered. Please be more attentive when confirming requests, especially when customers explicitly explain why something is needed. SMH 🤦🏾‍♀️

  I go out of my way to get to this McDonald's because I know the food is hot when they serve it And it tastes more like they cooked it fresh. The service is fast and friendly. And let's not forget the coffee the coffee is hot not lukewarm just how it needs to be. Thanks

  WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!! I love McDonald's, but the staff and customer service at this specific location is terrible. This is the first McDonald's that I was given an attitude just for placing an order. I have already told many people to not waste their time with this place and will continue to do so.

  Okay for context people. I usually don’t go to McDonald’s but I’ve been trying different locations lately. This past Friday around midnight, I went through this drive-thru and ordered two medium hot chocolates. When I pulled up to the “Pay Here” window, the employee opened the sliding door and immediately asked if I was there for DoorDash. I told her no and that I was there for my two hot chocolates. She then told me to give her a second or something like that and over her headset I could hear her asking someone if the hot chocolate machine was even working. After I paid, I noticed there were two pick-up windows. Since I had ordered on the second intercom, I assumed I should go to the second pick-up window. As soon as I pulled up, I could hear a women yelling from the first window, “baby where you going?” But I couldn’t reverse because another car had pulled in behind me. I just waited. After about a minute, a worker finally opened the sliding door at the second pick-up window, handed me my drinks, and then told me, “Next time just go to pick-up one.” I apologized and drove off. Now I know I guess. When I tried the hot chocolate, it tasted awful almost minty..? And nothing like the hot chocolate I get at other McDonald’s locations. I’ve had great hot chocolate at three different stores, so I know what it’s supposed to taste like. This one was just bad and it felt like the staff had a little attitude. Overall, the service was rude, confusing and the drinks were terrible. I might give them another chance in the future but this visit was disappointing.

  Visited on December 5th, 2025 around 12 AM I normally don’t leave reviews, but this McDonald’s honestly disappointed me and my sister. We’ve had McDonald’s hot chocolate from other locations before, and it was always really good, so we came here expecting the same. Unfortunately, this location did not deliver. First, there was confusion at the payment window. The employee asked if we had a DoorDash order even though we clearly ordered two hot chocolates through the drive-thru speaker. We even heard her asking her coworkers if they “had hot chocolate,” which was confusing since someone had just taken our order. Then, when picking up the drinks, we accidentally pulled up to the second window because we’re still new to McDonald’s drive-thru setups. The employee at the first window called out to us with attitude, even though the car behind us made it impossible for us to reverse. When the second-window employee handed us the drinks, she repeated the rule about using the first window—but again with attitude, not just a simple heads-up. When we finally left and checked the hot chocolate, it was a huge letdown. Both drinks were barely warm, not filled to the top, and had a strange minty taste. McDonald’s doesn’t even offer a mint hot chocolate, so we have no idea why it tasted like that. The whipped cream and chocolate syrup were fine, but it still wasn’t filled properly. Overall the drinks were honestly not good at all. This was disappointing because every other McDonald’s we’ve tried has made the hot chocolate perfectly. This location was the only one that got it wrong, and it felt like a waste of money. Definitely won’t be coming back here for drinks.
