- ACAshley CumminsDec 28, 20251.0I went to this location a few times and I just can’t stand the attitudes/service from the employees. I understand a job can be hard and stressful but you can’t take it out on the customers. One time I went to this location with my boyfriend and I told the employee to give me some condiments and I repeated myself and she was just yelling back at the intercom and act like she didn’t hear me. Today I went to them and the person that gave me the food and drinks forgot to give me napkins and straws. I was trying to get her attention and she just walked away and didn’t see me get her attention. So I just want someone to go up there and teach the employees how to be professional and how to show good services to people.

The intercom barely works, the employees sound irritated, and it takes forever just to place an order. When I finally get to the window, the staff is rude and my order is often wrong. Something as simple as asking for buffalo sauce gets me an attitude or a dirty look. I don’t understand how I buy a 20-piece nugget with no sauce, ask for sauce, and get told I have to pay — and in a rude way. This location really needs better training and customer service. I’m coming here to order food, not deal with employees’ personal problems. Please fix the intercom and work on your customer service, because the disrespect is unnecessary.
