But this freaking place literally has people just walking around on their phones like zombies, not WORKING. Drive thru line was at a dead stop for over 15 minutes before we left the lot. It don't take a genius to heat up processed foods. But I guess this mcdonalds likes hiring the types who want the best customer service but provide the crappiest!!! Don't come here.

When I finally went through the drive-thru line, the employee handed me my order without saying a single word. I have never felt so disrespected. Working in fast food doesn’t excuse poor customer service — every customer deserves basic courtesy and respect.
