    My french fries were just warm, not hot, my double cheese burger tasted old, all the soft drinks are off, their chicken nuggets are horrible. I did not enjoy my meal here. The customer service was just ok.

    Took a total of 45 minutes to get a McDouble meal, and chicken sandwich meal. It was not busy. The employees were scanning tickets as completed before handing food over, resulting in confusion for everyone. Not sure if they were wanting quicker ticket times. Another older lady in front of me had been dealing with the same problem and she only ordered 2 ice creams. The manger told my younger brother he should’ve said something if he wasn’t getting his order. 45 minutes is ridiculous and it seemed to be brushed off. I work at a restaurant, I get it. What I don’t get is the laziness and no apology from any of the employees for the problem. I would’ve liked some sort of compensation for the inconvenience or at least an explanation for the reason why I waited so long but nothing.

    Don’t waste your time. Pulled up to drive thru at 11pm, took 5 mins just to take my order, and literally 5-6 people (including me) all ended up leaving before they ever attempted taking any money or giving food. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, this was easily the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Not worth my time or money to ever come back.
