The drive-thru worker was extremely rude, on her phone the whole time, and had an attitude from the start. When I brought it up to the manager, I was told to pull up to the third window and that my food would be brought out. After waiting 15 minutes, nothing came. I had to drive back around, remind them what I ordered, and still hadn’t received my food. The second employee I spoke with was just as rude, basically questioning me about whether I even paid for my order instead of trying to fix the problem. This location clearly has a serious customer service issue. Whoever is in charge needs to check on these employees and retrain them, because this level of service is absolutely unacceptable and ridicuously
