    I am appalled. This is the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff were extremely disrespectful to everyone that came in, including the sweet old lady. A customer had an altercation because the cook left paper on his son’s burger in which he chocked and threw up on. We got our orders and were missing items in all of them. When asked about the missing items, we experienced extreme attitude. The staff are extremely lazy, we asked to eat for here to receive the trays and in turn got bags that we had to get ourselves. To put the cherry on top the wait time was absolutely awful. Nobody in drive thru, nobody inside, just terrible.

I ordered a large meal deal that came with a drink, fries, and a sandwich. When the server brought my food to the table, she delivered everything except the drink. I hadn't even noticed yet. But she did. And without missing a beat, she kindly offered me a cup "on the house," assuming I hadn't ordered one and wanting to make sure I had everything I needed. Here's the thing: I could have easily made this story about "they forgot my drink" or corrected her to say I'd already paid for one. But in that moment, I realized something more important was happening. This wasn't about what was on my receipt—it was about genuine human kindness showing up in the most ordinary of places. So I accepted her generous offer with gratitude, and I never mentioned that a drink was already included in my meal. Why? Because her kindness was worth so much more than getting the details "right." This wasn't a life-changing moment, but it was truly incredible. It reminded me that we have a choice in every situation and show kindness and respect towards others! To the wonderful staff member who served me—thank you. You probably have no idea the ripple effect your small gesture created. You reminded me that most people are genuinely good, that kindness still exists in everyday moments, and that sometimes the smallest acts of thoughtfulness are the ones that touch our hearts the most. To anyone reading this: visit this location not just for the food, but for the reminder that humanity and warmth still show up when we least expect it.     Worst Mcdonalds. Took a long time to get my order. I thought it would be hot and fresh. Mcchicken patty was hard, dry, tiny basically unedible like it had been sitting for 8 hours or more. Fries were cold as well like they were sitting there for a long time. I took two bites from the sandwich and threw away both sandwiches and the fries. They dont belong in Chenal promenade. A couple times before i went to drive thru around 10:30-11 and nobody answers and the hours posted say close at 11:30.

    This reviewe is in reference to this McDonald’s rating as a source of food for DoorDash. Of all the various fast food stores out here in West LR this store has the worst reliability in correctly fulfilling your online order via DoorDash. If you order more than a single combo meal or food for 3 or more people, it’s almost certain that you will receive an order missing at least 2 and often more items. Yes this can very occasionally happen with any reatsurant. But it happens very regularly with this McDonalds. I would estimate that at least 50% of the time they WILL leave something out of your order. Tonight I ordered 3 combo meals with large drinks and one single additional sandwich. Door dash delivery took place promptly and arrived in a single sealed bag with the receipt taped on the outside correctly showing our order. Ooened bag and found we were missing one of the drinks and all 3 large orders of fries supposed to be with our combo meals. (And No straws or knapkins in the bag either.) So called the manager on duty to find out if they were out of Sweet Tea (the missing drink) and if somehow the Earth had stopped spinning on ite axis and they were totally out of French fries. She said no, they had both. Then proceeded to tell me that the DoorDash driver probably left without the “second bag” and that usually on such a large order they put all the drinks in one bag in drink carriers (my experience as well with MickeyD’s) wnd the hot food in a second sealed bag. Well all we got from the driver wqs was one sealed bag with drinks and food inside. It’s really hard to point any finger of blame at the delivery driver for this kind of mistake—it’s the restaurant’s duty to assemble the order in sealed bag or bags—and to make sure all the items (one bag, two bags, 3+ bags) are ready to go and together and correctly placed in the delivery driver’s charge. The delivery driver’s job is to get the order delivered, undamaged , in the bag(s).
