Okay so I order breakfast from here like 2-3 weeks ago. I spent 50 dollars and when I got my order I was missing all the sandwich and only had the drinks in the bag. Well today I order from here again and they didn’t give me my fries again. They always mess up my order…. They need to do better!!

Teresa (probably misspelled) the "bilingual" manager that speaks spanish would be of better service working across the street at Las Palmas. Number 1 her english is terrible so get her off the ph. Teresa is unprofessional, confused, rude, discourteous, nasty and has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever, i would be shocked if she even interviewed to get her job. She has to have been hired on the spot after she immediately quit from El Chico. KEEP HER OUT OF ALL MCDONALDS!
I purchased order number 1947 which only had 2 items in it. How is the entire burger cold after being made fresh? The bun, the meat, the lettuce...everything. Since when does mcdonalds sell cold-cuts?
The fries were 2 seconds from turning the color of chocolate, which scientifically prove that the fries I was given had been refried a couple times.
I took 1 bite, swallowed, 3minutes later I vomited, and go ahead and get ready for this medical bill.
The first thing Teresa did when i called was explain policy to me. How!?
Is it policy that you sell old food items from the day before?
When Teresa picked up the phone she used profane language towards someone she was speaking to in the background.
This mcdonalds location is always out of everything, you always see horseplay amongst the staff from the window and the lines are always extremely slow as a result, the lobby was filthy, and Teresa refused to come to the front to speak with me.
Do yourself a favor and never buy from this location!

Williams is so nice everyday, the food is fresh and they are fast. Best McDonald's ever!
