Very rude!
I was trying to place my order and the guy was rushing me and was being disrespectful I had to tell him to hold on just a second he wouldn’t let me finish ordering and then we pull up to the first window and he is just on his phone he wasn’t in no rush to do anything he was very unprofessional

I had ordered at 5:45 AM for delivery 5 items and paid over $20. When my order was delivered I looked in the bag and saw only 2 items, my drink and mcflurry. I called the McDonald's and told them what happened and they told me they have the food right there and knew what order I was talking about. I had then call door dash and put in a request for a refund which was done but, I just don't understand why 1. they would completely bag an order, tape it up, tag the bag with the sticker and hand over the order to the dasher without clearly confirming that the bag didn't have the complete order in it, and 2. why I couldn't get the rest of my order delivered if they knew they messed up and didn't complete my order. I paid over $20 worth of food and got delivered around $6 of it. This is the only McDonald's in my area or at least one that is close and this shouldn't be an issue period. Don't bag up, seal, tag and hand over an order that very clearly does not have all of the items. I don't know if the crew that "completed" my order were new, too busy and overlooked it (which I highly doubt), or just didn't care (which I strongly find possible) but I'm not ordering from this McDonald's again. Thank you, not!!!!!!

Refused to make my mobile order for breakfast (I ordered BEFORE 10:30am on the app) just because we arrived to the store at 10:32 and then failed to refund my money. I had to go in a cancel my own order after they said they had already canceled it.
