This is consistently the worst McDonald's around this part of the world, possibly tied with the one near Fourche Dam Pike, for worst-managed. The reason I'm saying this is the consistency of the bad experiences, compared to other locations. My brother lives a few blocks away, and refuses to come to this location. You can expect a 4-6x wait compared to any other location, in Little Rock, aside from the aforementioned location, and expect cold food, stiff buns, and burgers that just aren't as good as other McDonald's... This opinion was reinforced, this evening. I would have been faster, driving out of my way, getting to another McDonald's, getting food, then coming back next door to this one. After using the mobile app and paying, I was told they couldn't take my order, yet. I had to interject that they already did AND had my money... I sat at the drive-thru sign for close to five minutes, before anyone spoke a word. I finally announced myself, and was told they couldn't take my order, which made me think my food was going to get spit-on. True to form, it was cold, way under the expectation of a McDonald's meal, and I didn't get an apology or any napkins, despite thanking both attendants I interacted with, for being present, this evening.
I will take my brother's advice about avoiding this establishment, at all costs, even if it means driving a few miles, to a different location. That's faster than waiting, here!
