The staff is iffy at times which is expected at most McDonald's because we all know it's not a person's first choice for employment. Nevertheless the good food makes up for the inconsistent service but I must say I never waited too long for my food. This particular location use to be one of the worst McDonald's before the tornado but once it was rebuilt it improved leaps and bounds compared to nearby McDonald's in other areas. I strongly suggest a patron to use the McDonald's app for the best deals especially if one plans on paying more than $15.
