On August 13th, at 4:10 PM, we placed an order at the Zioski. We then went to the front to grab the cups for our drinks, I observed one of the managers, Faith Simmons(is what I was told), yelling and screaming at an older female employee who was working the front counter taking orders. All because she was asking for HELP!! And the older woman ended up being CORRECT on what she was trying to do. Unfortunately, I did not get the employee’s name.
The manner in how the manager addressed this employee was extremely demeaning and unprofessional, to the point where the older woman was upset and began to cry. The behavior was not only inappropriate, but it was also upsetting for customers to see. Several of us customers, including myself, told the older woman we are so sorry and reassured that she did NOT deserve to be treated in that way! She handled the situation perfectly and strongly despite the way she was treated and spoke to. I praise her for the way she handled this situation!
Even after this!!! We could STILL hear Faith yelling loudly across the restaurant at her employees. This created an unpleasant and tense environment for ALL OF US customers and employees.
My heart is truly with the older woman today. It breaks my heart even hours after we left, I wish I could get in touch with her.
We’ve contacted Corporate through call, email & the website. And will continue to.

Ordered two happy meals and it was on the screen at check out went to pay and only received one happy meal saw the receipt and I said what happened to the other happy meal. The lady said ma'am you habe to re order and pay for the second one told them forget that and left with what I ordered and got my other kid a meal somewhere else

We ordered coffee and food but when we got to the second window the guy at checked our bags three times and STILL GOT IT WRONG we ordered a McMuffin and a has brown and they gave us a bacon egg and cheese bagel with mayo on it 😭😭😭😭
