- CWChloe WilsonNov 15, 20251.0I’m really disappointed. 7 brew is my favorite place to get coffee, and every single time I’ve been to this specific location every is extremely rude, they rush us through and don’t clarify what we actually order, and my drinks are always made wrong. I’ve been here a handful of times and every single time it’s like this. I came through the other day and ordered a medium iced ocean breeze, and I asked for no ice well I didn’t know that if you get no ice they add an extra energy can and it is a 3$ up charge, a drink that normally cost me 7$ costed 11$ (for a medium mind you.) I wish the worker wouldn’t have been rushing to get me out that he could have explained that to me. This is coming from someone that has worked in fast food for years, it’s not that hard. Also I didn’t need that much energy I just didn’t want the ice to melt and make it watery which always happens. And then I went again today and again SO RUDE the girl was like “what can I get for you.” I told her, “okay 7.44$,” “okay pull up.” idk it’s just not kind customer service. I’m sorry but this 7 brew doesn’t hold its high standards like most 7 brews. And it’s very disappointing because this is the one closest to my house. I guess I will have to find somewhere else to get my coffee:(
