We as a community were highly impressed with the quality of food and the service and cleanliness. We are an assisted living facility and we had 11 seniors that we took last minute without a reservation and they were SO good to us. The owner helped seat us, make sure we had everything we needed, provided catering information for our facility for the future and on the way out gave 13 people free dessert. They let you try and and everything you want to try ahead of time to decide what you will like best prior to ordering. They also stuck their necks out for us and gave us a 20% of coupon to use for our group for the next visit and a $25 dollar gift card to use on our seniors for suture meals. The meat and sides were great. I hope that business continues to come their way. We will be back.

We stopped by here for lunch yesterday and were pretty disappointed. The brisket was the best thing we tried, and even that was just mediocre. The staff was friendly and provided good customer service, but the food itself fell short. Everything was served cold, tasted old, and the ribs had very little meat. Unfortunately, it wasn’t worth it for us and we wouldn’t go back.

What a great place. As a chain I really didn't know what to expect but my DIL swore it would be good. Yes, soooo good. All the meats were fantastic and the sides were very good. Highly recommend. Oh, and the staff were super friendly, helpful, and fast with the order.

My husband is a truck driver. And he goes through NW AR, twice a day he heard about Rudys on the radio and seen signs. We went to NW AR this past Saturday, and wanted some takeout BBQ to take home in Sallisaw, when we got back. There were 2 ppl in here eating on a Saturday night... walked in, the the little girl, was helpful...
The place smelled like cedar wood. We ordered a 1/2 ribs + 2 bones, a 1/2 lb of Brisket, and a pint of beans it was 56$ after tax. That is the WORST FOOD, not just BBQ I have EVER HAD
We got home and and I took a bite of the ribs, after we put them in the oven to warm them up... and
It was boiled meat
Both were boiled. Then slapped on a grill, if that... Im NOT KIDDING. The beans are NOT BBQ beans. Their sauce is god awful. Just shut your doors. You could tell your associates, KNOW it's bad. Your jalapeños with carrots are the best thing yall got, and the bottled beer on ice. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Id rather had a bologna sandwich. AWFUL!!!!!!! If I could rate a minus 5 I would. Seriously im 45, and I WAS THE WORST.

I'm from Texas so I was so excited to see Rudys here in NWA. First and foremost. They have Big Red on tap. Ahhhmazing. Brisket was great. Pulled pork....not so much. Jalapeno cheddar sausage was good, but cold. Beans and green chili stew were excellent. Mac and cheese was okay. It was much more expensive than the last time I was there. If you raise those prices the expectations get raised as well which means the criticism is tougher. BBQ sauce is excellent as usual. All in all it's a good place. We will try it again. But Wrights BBQ in Johnson is still the best BBQ in NWA.
