The floors were filthy, my shoes actually stuck to it. The toilets were disgusting. Urine everywhere. Sinks hadn't been cleaned. No paper. The drinks machines had no syrup in them. The food was served cold. The staff in the kitchen were standing around chatting and playing with their braids. Avoid this place if you can.

I guess honesty has no real value here. My biscuit was hard as a brick; fortunately, the rest of it was perfect. My wife's McGriddle was a disaster; most of the cheese and syrup were on the wrapper. It looked like they threw all of the pieces in a bag and shook it up before they wrapped it.
