There were dirty, smelly mops and cleaning tools left out in the open, right next to the seating area. Seeing that in a place where people eat is unacceptable. It kills your appetite and shows a lack of basic hygiene standards. On top of that, one of the employees had her hair completely loose and messy while handling food. There’s no way to be sure her hair isn’t falling into the meals. This is a clear sign that management is not paying attention to hygiene rules or employee appearance. The restroom was also in terrible condition, but I couldn’t even take photos because it was that bad. It honestly made the whole experience worse. This location really needs to improve its cleanliness, hygiene, and overall organization. In its current state, it does not feel clean or trustworthy at all.
