I asked about my money back and they refused and would not make the food. Very rude and basically stole my money. Someone needs to do something about these workers and managers. i am so disappointed. Will NEVER go back here again. i hope someone from corporate reaches out about this. I am on disability and cant afford to just lose food or moneuy. The inside smelled like a dirty toilet in there as well. So disgusting

I understand they don't pay the workers there much, but unless the person that got my fries was blind, they're just negligent and didn't care. Super annoying. I really don't see any sort of excuse for this. It's not like they're short on potatoes at McDonald's. If the fries weren't $4 for a large, it wouldn't be that big of a deal. They weren't busy either and we also got the food while we were inside. This is why I always have to check my food.

The app doesn’t seem to have a way to report it at least that I see. And DoorDash won’t let me fix it either. So I recommend not delivering anything. And I also wonder how no Manager or anything is going to answer the phone. I’ve been calling for 20 minutes straight.
