Drove to the window to see two employees on their phones. Considering they were supposed to open 15 minutes prior, we took a chance at politely tapping on the window. Even at that point, we were completely ignored and the employees refused to acknowledge us. Attempted to call the store only to receive a busy signal. Multiple vehicles behind us were deliberately ignored as well. Went to the Alcoa located and received service immediately. Don’t bother stopping here unless you want to be dismissed by their employees. 11/16/25
