They were two people working here they answered the phone the first time and after that they didn’t took the order. I thought Benton Mc Donald’s was better than that. It makes feel that just incompetent people work here. I should know better next time.

- CCCirceOct 11, 20251.0Shay is the worst employee this location has, if she’s working your food is late. Currently even though Shay is not working I’ve been waiting on a single coffee. The order was put in at 8:19 it is currently 8:55 and still no coffee. This location has got to be one of the worst in the entire company. I was told by the manager on duty that my phone had to be within three meters of the restaurant as I was actively in the restaurant, talking to her, with my phone literally in hand. So I’m cancelling my 30+ minute order of coffee. Great customer service here. Sadly I would have had my coffee faster with Shay. Pathetic location. Whoever the DM is for this location should also be reprimanded for allowing this location to be as bad as it is.
