Literally waited 15mins just to have cold chicken sandwich and burger!! Only thing hot was fries! Also when asked how come drive through didn't wait 15mins she rolled her eyes and walked away! Very unprofessional!

I could understand charging a small amount for the water to cover the cup but they are gouging customers. It’s a shame on the owner of this McDonald’s as other McDonald’s do not do this….
