It is clear to me that they simply don't give a damn about their customers. They won't get any more of my money and I will do my best to discourage anyone else from doing so. YOU SUCK!!!
- T8TMP 826Dec 19, 20252.0Other than the food, this business could use a manager and staff that know what they’re doing. I placed an advance order at 9:45 am using the app for a 6:30 pm pickup. I arrived at 6:20 pm and after waiting in the cashier line until 6:30 pm, I asked about the status of my order and she replied that she would check. After not receiving any information from her, I asked a manager and she stated that it had not yet been started. The time was now 6:45 pm. As I waited for my order, I also witnessed a staff member, who was preparing an order of wings, drop one wing into a bucket marked “sanitizer” while she was placing then into a to-go container. She retrieved the wing from the yellow bucket and placed it back into the fryer. She then took the wing from the fryer and placed it in the to-go container with the rest of the order. Meanwhile, after asking again about the status of my order, I was finally handed my order 35 minutes from when it was promised. Several others were also waiting with me and in the same situation. After all this, no effort was made to offer a discounted price or a complementary order of breadsticks, dessert, or anything else. All truth be told, if offered wings, I would have turned it down. The good part was that the pizza was up to par but getting it literally took all day.
