- JLJames LamarNov 16, 20251.0I placed an order on my app and went and picked it up. I went to the drive-through line which took quite some time. When I got to the window, they had to ask me what I ordered and I told them. They provided me the food and I looked in the bag for my two pies. Both were supposed to be strawberry cream and one of them said apple on the container. I handed her the apple pie to swap out for the strawberry and she said it was a strawberry just in the wrong container. Her friendliness was nonexistent. When I got home and started to eat that said strawberry pie, it indeed was an apple pie. No need to flat out lie to me. I've only been in the area a few weeks and have quickly discovered that this is the worst McDonalds that I have ever been to. The owners/management need to take a deep look at this location, especially at night. McDonalds, you can do much better!

Was told to take it up with corporate.
