Fine no problem, we will order to go and sit down to eat with her friends. We had to do three orders, as the kids wanted to order by themselves. First order Kiosk was broken she had to pay at the register. She went up to the register and no one was helping her. She waited for about 5 minutes before finally someone came and took her money for her order. I then did the other two orders on a second kiosk which worked fine. We placed our order and the kids went and sat down. It took our food 14 minutes to get done. We had four burgers, four fries, and 3 drinks. For the amount of people standing in the back including the manager walking around doing absolutely nothing, you would think it would only take a few minutes. But, 14 minutes later we got our food. Fries were fresh, that’s about the only thing I can say was decent. The tea was gross, burgers slopped together. The meat was not even on the bun. The kids ate and then decided they wanted a few cookies and a shake. They went up to the counter to order and waited in line with only one person in front of them to order, the person was a worker and the lady at the register was talking to him instead of taking his order. The manager was walking around eating salt and vinegar chips. Not helping anyone. We literally waited in line for another 15 minutes, another 12 minutes for a shake and two cookies. The manager walked around eating chips, not helping anyone. We will not be back. I would suggest they look at their management, and get people who actually know how to run a place.
