  I usually begin my judgement of Mexican restaurants with their chips and salsa. If they’re good, I have high hopes for the rest of the food. The chips and salsa here passed my judgement-the chips are thin and crispy, yum- and then our food was outstanding. My husband had the lunch chicken and steak fajitas (large portion even for lunch) with FRESHLY made tortillas. They were so good. I’m not aware of anywhere else in town making their own tortillas. I had the Mexican corn appetizer and birria tacos. Both were great as well. My 10 year old said this is now her favorite Mexican place now. My only suggestions would be a little less jalapeño in the queso and a little more seasoning in the birria a ju. The service was fantastic, food came out quickly, and the inside of the restaurant is nice. We will definitely be back!

  This is my 2nd visit since they opened. Tonight my husband & I decided to sit at the bar because seats were available and we could skip the wait... bad idea 👎🏾 The area stunk & I asked 1 of the bartenders what the smell was and he told it was the drain backing up & they have tried everything to clear to smell. The city is going to have out & fix the back-up issue. So the smell of the area kind of made us not what to eat. So we ordered our food and brought most of it home. The bartenders were super busy, took 30 minutes just to get our food order taken, took a long time to get our ticket smh..

  Our server should have some more training on how to be a server. He is in no way a friendly server. Even if he did not speak much English his attitude should be pleasant. I had to ask him his name.This is my second time coming to this resturant first time it was a party of 7 and the service was not good , food was great. Our server had a few large tables so we gave the benefit of doubt. This time it was only a party of 3 and again food great, service terrible. I like the food at this resturant, however the service is terrible. So, it defeats the purpose to go out to eat great food , but have terrible table service. Also, the bill had an amount for cash payment and one for card payment. On my first visit this was not on my bill. I enjoyed the food great job to the cook but wait staff need more training on table service. Thank you

  I saw staff come out of bathroom stall with urine and tissue still in toilet and proceed to walk out of the restroom. I said excuse me ma’am, she turned around and I said being that you are an employee would you please wash your hands, she stated “I don’t speak English” I replied well sweetie you just to me, but since you day you don’t speak English I will ask your manager to relay message the importance of washing your hands. I left restroom and asked my waiter to ask the manager to come speak with me. He never came so when I was leaving I asked again and he came and had the audacity to say she had reported that I had pulled her by her ponytail. Good thing I had 2 other people in restroom who were able to verify that she was lying. They will never get another dollar from me!

  Since their recent opening, this restaurant has rapidly become a favorite for my husband and I. The service is cheerful, attentive, and surprisingly quick with as many people as they usually have dining. The food is excellent, especially the fajitas and the street tacos. I think they probably have the best street tacos in town — fantastic flavor cooked into the meats, very generous meat to tortilla ratio, and none of the meats have been dry. The pork belly is, in my opinion, the star among the meat options. Also, they have really good fried ice cream! Prices are quite reasonable, especially given the quality of the food and the portion size.
