  I ordered delivery! As always the covered Shi burger and cowboy burger I ordered was excellent! Live eating “homemade” meal made for me!!

  Two days in a row, my food was incorrect and I use the link they sent to me to tell them about the mistake and they did not reach out. I brought the incorrect food back up there today That I had not taken so much a bite out of the sandwich from and they refuse to remake the sandwich, offering me instead a cup of juice to dip my cold, soggy sandwich in. The day before I ordered Alfredo that had no bread and no toppings on it as well. Owner refused to come out and talk to me so yes after he refused twice, I made a scene do not recommend.

  Before I give my reasoning for leaving such a low review I’d like to give the servers recognition for being so attentive and caring you were the only positive part of my dining experience. I would like to say the owner of this establishment is absolutely rude and out of pocket. First I witnessed him walk up to the wrong customer after being told someone had a complaint and responded to BOTH of them with “what makes you feel special enough to talk to me” (can’t remember if these were his exact words or not ). He also happens to be a part of the lgbtq community. Now I have nothing against this. It’s one thing to have your own identity. But to constantly harass my underage son with sexual remarks is another. I don’t ever leave reviews but your behavior is so disrespectful that I will be contacting law enforcement and the better business bureau

  Unfortunately, this was one of the very worst eating out experiences I have ever had. The Server tried, but only so much you can do. 4 people took 1 hour to get our food, half the table was fed leaving the the other to watch. Ordered all you can eat catfish and sea food platter. Fish was not edible nor were the oysters, shrimp were fair, hush puppies burned on the outside, raw on the inside. Absolutely horrible! Offered to settle the tab for half (half of 120.00) would have kept me quiet, instead just smiled and told me the total while she talked on the phone.

  They were not busy. We waited about a half hour to get our drink order in and then when we got our tea and ordered we waited for 25mins for food while a man and his daughter that had came in about the time we ordered our drinks got served faster and had food before us. When they finally brought the food they didn't bring any silverware or the rolls and after 10mins I got up and went to counter and asked for them. We got a refill on our tea when the food arrived and we had been done with the first tea they gave us well before then. When we went to pay they at first gave us the receipt for the man and his daughter who had ordered an appetizer and we hadn't ordered one. Then when we went to pay the waitress looked to the cashier like asking if we left a tip and she shook her head no. Well after that crummy service I wasn't going to leave a tip. They have good food but if I ever want food from there again I'm getting takeout cause I don't need service like that. But I doubt I'll be back. It used to be a good place and country cooking homey place. What happened? There was maybe 4 tables that had people at them so they weren't busy and the servers mainly hung out around the cashier gossiping instead of taking care of customers. So nope not going back
