This place can never get an order correct. A for 27$ I expect to get what I ordered. 2 steak egg and cheese bagels asked for extra breakfast sauce got home. It had NONE!!! Really people !!!! Oh and only had 1 little piece of onion. Which is truly sad also. So now I’ll be eating a dried out bagel!!! This is every time I go to this store. Don’t try to call them either because they won’t answer phone either. Pam Best

Since the restaurant remodeled, I've rarely received my complete order or exactly what I ordered. Sometimes I've had to wait 20 minutes or more for my food, and it's not for lack of staff—it's not fast food at all. The service is generally bad, though not all of them; some are very nice. They lack common sense. If I order a large meal with more than one drink, they shouldn't expect me to ask for a cup holder. I don't have three hands. I keep eating at that restaurant because it's the closest one to me.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The nuggets were old and tasted stale the fries had no salt at all, the sprite was flat, and the girl at the window tonight slammed the food in our hands for no reason. And then wanted to have the biggest attitude because we asked about a sauce we paid an extra 49 cents for and it wasn’t in the bag and it was a new sauce and then proceeded to just send us on our way with regular sauce and then rolled her eyes at us when we never caught an attitude with her and we’re actually really nice about the whole situation. Very unprofessional workers. I’ve caught people vaping in the windows before and blatantly talking while we have waited for our food but this girl slamming our food in our hands through the drive through window is just too much.

The McDonald's on Theodore Dawes is a joke. I have a receipt where we waited a little under an hour from 9:52 am to 10:39 am where we had to go inside to get the order and they had it sitting there waiting and it was produced in two minutes. This is ridiculous and terrible for business. I personally have worked in the restraunt and fast food business for over 15 years and if I was the manager I would fire and hire a whole new crew. Complete lack of customer service. They acted as if you were the problem for having a kind concern of where my food was. 10/19/2025 had two people standing around and not doing anything just saying they're understaffed. More like poor time management and a lack of drive and dedication to your job. If you don't like your job. Get another one.
