When I look back to try and get someone's attention they look at me and then continue to gossip with their coworkers. The only good thing is that half of the time they actually get my order right. Service is horrible, customer service is absolutely horrible, and all I can say is they need to change up their service style.

First of all it took forever to get through drive through, they messdd up my caramel frappe as i told them no whip cream and yet they act like they cant even read simple instructions. When i correct them at the window where it looked liked it has already been sitting for a bit and the whip cream is already halfway melted down.. the employee just simply takes it and scoops out most of the whip cream and hands it back.. well guess good thing i aint allergic otherwise would have a lawsuit on your hands mcdonalds!

I also asked for them to add shredded lettuce and did not get that either. It’s just one extra ingredient to sprinkle on guys. Come on. Get it together.
