  I went through the drive-through and ordered a cheeseburger with only cheese and ketchup. I get it and has onions on it so I ran in told them it was made wrong and they remade it. Get back to my car and it has mustard on it so my husband goes in for me. Tell them it’s wrong again and this is what they give him

  Currently sitting in the Scottsboro McDonalds drive through. I've been the 3rd car back from the speaker for 6 minutes now with no movement. Previous cars are being asked to hold for an excessive amount of time when they reach the speaker. It's 9:15 on Monday night. 01/05/2026 & the line is almost to the road. Ridiculous.

  Service- every employee ignores you and never acknowledges customers. If you don’t order at the kiosk, they never come to the counter. Receipts aren’t being printed at the kiosk, so you have no way of verifying your order. Atmosphere- it’s not clean at all, floors are sticky and tables are not wiped down. It stinks like old grease in the lobby area also.

  Sitting here at this McDonald's waiting for my order to come out. Came here to because I thought it would be fun to let the kids play at the play pace. However the workers said I had to order at this computer kiosk. I don't know how to use this thing and im not a McDonald's worker. I asked them if they'd please just take my order and they said "we're very busy" As in, they're too busy to take my order. Its 7:15pm 12-07-25 When we get our food and enjoy our evening, this will be the last a time I ever bring my family to a McDonald's anywhere. I don't work here Im not putting in my order. It took me 8 times longer to find everything and put in my order instead of enjoying my evening with my family. These rude workers robbed me of that time, and I hope this review will help someone else know to never patronize places like this. They also forgot to give us one of the drinks. So done with McDonald's ... everywhere really. Especially this one for sure. They also dropped our food on the floor just now... no surprise I guess...

  My boyfriend went through the drive thru, was sitting there for 5 minutes, no one was coming over the head set, so he left and they were just sitting there chitchatting to each other and had all headsets put up just staring at him through the window and told him they were closed even though they don’t close for another hour or 2.
