  I came for the first time to see what the food was about. First I was greeted by this little short Hispanic that look mad because I interrupted her, she was on her phone. She looked like she just woke up. Then they sat us we ordered 3 tacos among other stuff, our server hardly spoke any english. Another server had to come and fix our order. It was us and my grandkids and she looked stressed and angry. The lightest tallest server in the building can't speak English and has an attitude. Please fix it. Bright red lipstick I believe her name was nico. Please fix this or next time give me the server with the ponytails. Atleast that side of the restaurant had fun. The food was good just poor presentation.

  Nancy W is an awesome server! Very outgoing, interacts with all her customers. It's nice to have a server that likes her job and is good at it. Food was great as always. Love coming to El Patron. Would like to have Nancy as our server every time!!

  I’ve been here several times and unfortunately the last two times the service has gotten worse. It seems we only get refills when the food comes out. And the last time not only was it 30mins before we got a refill, but the waitress we had did not even speak English. Got my order wrong and then when I told her it was wrong she acted like she understood. 10mins later a manager came to ask for her because she doesn’t speak English. Then she took our drinks for refill and no straws came back with them. Almost had to ask another waitress to refill the drinks. Was there over an hour total and spent 20mins waiting on check after we were done eating. Maybe 4 other tables with people. You would think in America, the restaurant workers would speak some English… I wouldn’t go to another country and be a waitress where I don’t speak their language. Doesn’t make sense.

  Great atmosphere. I haven't been in a place where the workers actually enjoy their jobs!! This place is phenomenal. We will definitely be back. We came during happy hour 6.95 margaritas and great table side guacamole. Our new Togo place. they have the best quesabirrias in Baldwin county!!!!

  TERRIBLE WAITRESS, we came @11:00 am and didn’t receive our food until nearly 12 we watched people get served long before us. They miss an order, no one came to give refills. The kids food was burnt. When I complained to the waitress she acted incompetent like we haven’t been waiting for 1 hour they have decline in service and food ever since moving to this new building 3/10 recommend
