I ordered two different burgers, then got two of the same. Both of which were under cooked. All 4 of the patties were rare-mid rare at best.

Meat was undercooked in both burgers. We ordered 2 #3s, one of which was supposed to be deluxe, which it wasn't. Kinda slow for being the only ones in line at that point.

Place is disgusting and my whole food order was wrong . Just go to another fast food place. This one is absolutely terrible

2 of the 2 orders from this McDonalds were WRONG. Sent Sweet Tea instead of unsweet tea (for a diabetic so it got dumped), then a few hours later sent burgers with ketchup when requested without it. Allergy to corn, which is in the ketchup, so again, could not be eaten. These aren't preferences, these are requirements. Just moved here, will not bother to try again.

Poor customer service. Waited for them to take my order they act like they could not. I left getting in my car go to drive-through. I look back And finally seeing them, helping Other customers at the register. I feel like it was a slap in the face for customer service
