  They are the most rudest people ever , this girl with braids on the drive thru window I asked her 3 times for a cup holder and she couldn’t hear me because she had AIR PODS IN . Chelsea do better your hiring these teenagers who do NOT CARE about there jobs .

  I can only rate the service as I don't eat the food. Im a doordasher in the evenings. I visit this spot often and often I have to wait. Today a man came in to complain about service he received on Thursday. The manager and 3+ people all became interested in this issue. Young lady behind the counter i said can someone complete this doordash im on a clock. "Someone will make it she says" goes and sits at a table only to tell me later I'm not on the clock they'll help you. If your not on the clock why are you speaking to customers you cannot and will not help? Manager comes is says why hasn't anyone filled this doordash order. My thoughts exactly. I don't get joy to complain but I'm providing a service and when 3+ people are focused on one customers complaint from days ago your about to have one today. Its not hard just communication. Im back and its just as terrible as before.

  Went here a few days ago through the drive-thru and my order was wrong so today I decided to go inside an order on the machine so there's no confusion. I wanted to sit down and eat so at the machine I ordered inside and picked up a table locator they screamed my table number and had my food in a bag instead of on a tray and my French fries are literally dumped upside down in my bag the straw was already open and the bag was ripped. Also when I went back inside To let them know my fries were upside down and dumped all of my bag They literally cuss at me. Everyone working day shift needs to be fired

  IDK who this is child is, but what I do know is that she's very rude! My hsbd & I ordered breakfast today inside, we used the kiosk they provide. We waited for our # on the receipt to be called, #829. When it was called, we got our food & chkd the bags to make sure we had everything. We noticed our small cup of coffee, 4c/4s, was missing. We waited patiently for an employee to walk back towards the counter which took 2-4mins. We asked this young lady if we could get our coffee & she rudely says "we are working on your coffee, we are BUSY!"And I put an emphasis on the word busy bc of how her tone was, very condescending. So we waited almost another 10mins, and after watching 4 other ppl get their lattes, she finally comes back asking abt our SMALL CUP OF REG COFFEE! She got it for us, I asked nicely had the cream/sugar been added in cmbc I was used to them giving it to me in bags to do it myself. She stares and rudely says in a annoyed singing tone "YEEESSSS"! Pls give this girl some customer service training, retraining, etc bc her attitude was totally unacceptable and uncalled for honestly...I didn't do anything to her, even though they were busy, you still have to not misdirect your frustrations. SMH do better, treat others as you would wish to be treated!
