Food was good. We asked for apple pies & they said they were out, then asked for chocolate chip cookies & she said "we ain't got nuthin". There just was no customer service. We felt like we were an imposition to them. When we got to the window to puck up our food, I said good evening. They just look at me, hand me the food, & closed the window in my face.

Rudest drive thru I've experienced. Literally didn't even wait until we stopped at the pick up window before telling us to pull into a "drive thru PARKING SPOT" That alone tells you there is a problem.
Even those spots filled up while people line up behind us.
20 min wait time. Not only did they pull us forward they got my order wrong. Then forgot about me while I waited on the forgotten part of my order.

Outstanding fast food as always. Drive through is fast and my orders are always correct. My only issue is the woman on drive thru duty speaks too quickly and can be difficult to understand. She mumbled if we used “mobapp” and we were like, what? Apparently they’re instructed to ask if customers use the mobile app to order to expedite orders. We never do this so we were a little confused. If she could slow down and speak clearly, and maybe have a little smile in her voice, this location would be perfect!
