Me and my friends came in here. We were two dollars short and and one ladies in the back paid her extra two dollars whoever it was it’s Hunter, Bentley, and this kid with the heck Kid was like a blonde hair black hair and I got like brunette hair or something but anyway, yeah it’s a good review

Food is almost always late and cold. Employees dont seem to know what they are doing. Also they mess up my order almost every time, repeating things 5-6 times to make sure they got it right, and they still mess it up

The bathroom was nasty.
The lobby was so dirty that there was no place to sit. The floors were sticky 😳 😫 😬
Workers were rude. This is at 10:30 in the morning.
I won't ever eat there again.

It’s honestly baffling how poorly this situation was handled. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru with multiple cars ahead of me, people clearly waiting on food, and signage indicating the location was open. Despite that, no one was served. Including myself, I ended up leaving because no one would do their job on 12/21/2025 around 10:30pm
When I got out to check inside, there were no employees visible until someone suddenly appeared and signaled that they were closed—despite the posted hours on the door and online stating otherwise. If the store was closed, that should have been clearly communicated before allowing customers to sit in line for an extended period of time.
This was a complete lack of communication and basic professionalism. Customers’ time was entirely disregarded. Situations like this are exactly why people get frustrated—this could have been easily avoided with clear signage, locked drive-thru access, or simply informing customers.
Or I have a feeling the employees are just being lazy and trying to close or pretend to be closed so they don’t have to do any work because it’s a minimum wage job and their getting paid by the hour, I can almost guarantee the employees don’t care if the business actually makes money. Management needs to look into that or fire this horrible team. I actively watched them do absolutely nothing with 7+ cars in the driveway and people actively waiting for their food.
Do better. This level of disorganization and indifference is unacceptable.

People were rude also DID NOT GET OUR MONEY BACK! So my husband placed an online order through drive thru. We waited for at least half an hour, we get up there tell them that we had a mobile order and the drive thru people didn’t know anything about it then we showed them the review order and they said they needed a code… we looked through the app thoroughly. Didn’t find any code…. and when we even showed them the people were really rude about it so we just re paid for anything… I wouldn’t recommend going back unless you want your money took…. That $35 could’ve been refunded.
