We ordered on the app and it came from the Brompton location. They left out our 10 count nuggets, they didn’t put the bacon on the double cheeseburgers that we added and paid to much for, we ordered 2 large fries and a medium fry and we got a large and 2 medium and the medium fries were only half full. The buns on all of our sandwich’s were hard and you could barely bite or chew them. We paid out the butt of some half-ass mediocre food that was cold and tasted like crap.

Everything was great until I went to eat my sandwich, noticed something off and realized they forgot my second patty on my Big Mac. Rather upset. Do better guys.

Mcrib was actually made exactly how i orderd ...fries were cold no Ice in lemonade and honestly I felt sick halfway home. McDonald's fries always give me a headache!

Ok, I love the Loves and Subway attached to this, but the McDonalds is some of the laziest people I have ever met in my life. What kind of McDonalds does not have BURGER PATTIE’S!?! Like, seriously, then when I ordered something else, they don’t have that either. Why are you even in business if you don’t sell what’s on your menu? Lock the door and go home. Get people in there that actually do jobs. Avoid this place like the plague, unless you want to wait 20 minutes to order, only to be told they pretty much don’t have anything on their menu.

This location is a complete breakdown of McDonald’s standards.
Employees consistently appear out of uniform, in dirty clothing, and with hair loose and unmanaged in a food-handling environment. It gives an immediate impression of uncleanliness and zero supervision.
The food is just as disappointing. Burgers are sloppy, poorly assembled, and look rushed with no quality control. Orders regularly come out missing basic condiments, and full meals are handed out with only two napkins — which is unacceptable considering how messy the food is.
Morale is clearly low. Staff appear disengaged, unmotivated, and indifferent to customers. This is not just a staff issue — it’s a leadership failure. The condition of the team reflects a lack of training, accountability, and management presence.
This store does not represent the McDonald’s brand properly. Cleanliness, professionalism, and accuracy are not being taken seriously.
Corporate and ownership need to step in immediately. I’m so tired of bad customer service experiences that I wish I could sue. I am definitely spreading the word about this location experience through social media.
