Usually order ahead via the app for breakfast and pick up inside. The morning breakfast crew does a great job and I typically don’t have any issues. Glad to have a reliable place to pick up something quick for breakfast/brunch.

Big Mac was good. The Sweet Tea was empty. Of course, no shakes. Staff were friendly, helpful, and honestly apologetic. As a side note: have been having issues with the app & staff wished they could of helped, but it's a corporate issue that they can't fix at the store.

I see all the reviews about the food or wrong orders which sound bout right..but I really put all the blame on the mangers, its about 5 mangers on a shift that doesn't know how to manage. I feel sorry for the young teenagers that apply to work there and not getting no training, they just thrown out there. The owner of this McDonald's Michael Hill should hire all new managers and he need to step up as well and get his restaurant in order cause its starts from the top (ownerr/manager) I feel sorry for the customers and the young teenagers that work there thats not getting the proper training..everytime I come in there the young man tell me he just started and he hasn't been trained to do certain things yet so he would have to get a another worker to help and sad to say, the young lady wouldn't know either..Just sad..Michael Hill get your restaurant in order.

As a professional DoorDasher I am in this restaurant several times a day. On a positive note, I do really like the way they package DoorDash orders.
On a negative note, there is never anyone at the counter. I always have to wave someone down. Where did the service go, where there’s always someone to take orders and acknowledge delivery order pick ups? Oh yes, that would be Chick-fil-A.
Today, I was accused of “trespassing“ by the manager there. I saw my DoorDash order behind the counter, and yes, I made the mistake of stepping behind the counter to pick it up , because no one would help me. And then the manager there was incredibly rude.
Do these restaurants not know how much business they get from DoorDash? I do have the ability to decline orders. And I may just start declining everything that comes from McDonald’s at that location. Somebody else can deal with that rudeness. And there are plenty of other McDonald’s locations that I can pick up orders from.
I will say that the store is very clean.
I tried to call the location at the end of my dash, but of course no one answers the phone. I wanted to try to work it out with the manager, and apologize for stepping behind the counter. Other restaurants have actual stands where you can go in there and just get your correct order and leave. But then that would be great service. So would be answering the phone.
