Terrible. I asked for fries, no salt, and a fresh single patty. I was willing to wait for my food. Of course, it came up immediately. Salty fries to the touch. Patty, so cold that the extra slice of cheese didn't melt. I sent it back. They basically had me wait to give back what tasted like warmed-up fries and a warmed-up burger! Never again! I should have known! What restaurant in the Carl T Jones area has zero cars on Saturday evening (7pm)?

Worst Wendy’s we’ve ever been to. 30+ min wait with NOBODY else in the lobby and 1 single car at the drive thru. All that wait for cold stale fries and mediocre service at best. Why did it take so long if the food wasn’t being made fresh? Lazy workers that stare at you instead of doing their job and make it uncomfortable to even sit and eat inside. Dining room also disgusting

At 10pm, after waiting in the drive through line for about 10 minutes, and watching the cars in front of me order, I pull up and was told they were only accepting door-dash orders. That makes no sense and wasted my time. Won’t ever stop here again.

I started working in this area recently. This is the second time I have come there for lunch.
It was horrible the first time and the second time was even worser
I didn’t get much it was the Biggie bag I made my order large. I had a double stack burger that was so dried out. It probably was made early then sat under a heat light. The fries were cold too they gave me hard burn.
How can you possibly mess up a company brand so bad.
For now on when I’m in that area I’ll stick with
